Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

No returns
We do not accept voluntary returns for confirmed wholesale or bulk orders. Buyers must review product details, quantities, colour requirements, pack sizes, pricing and delivery information before confirming an order.
No exchanges
We do not provide voluntary exchanges after an order is confirmed or payment is received. This includes requests based on preference changes, unsold stock, marketplace listing issues or changes in the buyer’s business requirements.
No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation or payment. Custom, private-label and specially packed orders also cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
Before confirming your order
- Verify the product name, pack size, quantity and selected variants.
- Confirm the quotation and delivery requirements.
- Ask for clarification before making payment if any detail is unclear.
Applicable law
This policy does not limit any remedy or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a remedy — including for goods that are defective, deficient, spurious, not as described or otherwise covered by mandatory legal rights — the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
